Grace has worked as a registered nurse, midwife and health professional educator in palliative and end of life care for the past 30 years.

Working in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom she is passionate about enabling people to live their best lives .

Her work has been across many sectors and in public, private, not for profit  and  community sectors. Grace currently   runs a consultancy service for community providers of Aged and Disability Services. Through the consultancy business Grace uses her skills to support and educate services to deliver their best person centred practice in the areas of palliative and end of life care.
