Your plan is your plan and it needs to work for you. At the start of your journey with Avivo, we’ll meet with you and explore how we can put in place the supports you need to live life. We’ll put together a plan and put it in place once you’re happy with it.

Reviews will be done regularly so what we have in place continues to work for you. We know that life is ever-changing so the agreement we make with you can change as your circumstances do.
